Dušanka was born on September 19th, 1960. Dušanka's father is Jaroslav Planka and her mother is Marie Čupalkova. Her paternal grandparents are Jaroslav Planka and Věra. She has a brother and two sisters, named Jaroslav, Alenka and Zuzana. She is the oldest of the four children.
